Three steps, in order

Nothing here is a marketing sequence — it's the actual order care happens in.

01

Clinical intake

A real medical history — conditions, medications, goals. Takes about 8 minutes.

02

Clinician review & visit

Your intake is reviewed before you're offered a visit — not after you've paid.

03

Plan & delivery

If appropriate, your plan is confirmed and medication is arranged through a licensed pharmacy.

Semaglutide or tirzepatide

Which one fits depends on your history and goals — this is decided in your visit, not on this page. Here's the honest comparison.

Semaglutide
Tirzepatide
mechanism
GLP-1 receptor agonist
Dual GLP-1 / GIP receptor agonist
dosing
Weekly injection, gradual titration
Weekly injection, gradual titration
typical fit
First-line for most candidates
Often considered if semaglutide plateaus
note
Titration is gradual by design — this is meant to minimize nausea and other GI side effects as your dose increases.
The dual mechanism means some patients see continued response after plateauing on semaglutide, though it isn't the right fit for everyone.

Who this is — and isn't — for

We'd rather tell you now than after you've filled out a form.

Generally a fit

  • BMI ≥30, or ≥27 with a weight-related condition
  • No personal or family history of MEN2 or medullary thyroid carcinoma
  • 18 years or older
  • Comfortable with a weekly self-injection

Not a fit right now

  • Pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy soon
  • History of pancreatitis or certain GI conditions
  • Currently on another GLP-1 through a different provider
  • Looking for a fast answer without a clinician visit

Questions

Is this the same as buying GLP-1 online with no oversight?

No. Every prescription is reviewed under a Florida-licensed supervising physician practice agreement, and treatment plans are individualized rather than automatically approved.

Do I need to have tried other weight-loss methods first?

No. Eligibility is based on your BMI and health history as reviewed in your intake and clinical visit — you don't need to show proof of prior diet, exercise, or weight-loss attempts to qualify.

Which states do you ship to?

Our pharmacy partner currently ships to all states except Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Tennessee. If you're in one of these states, we're unable to fill a prescription for you at this time.

What if I'm not a candidate?

You'll be told directly, with the reasoning, and — where appropriate — an alternative path.

How is my information protected?

Intake and clinical records are handled through our HIPAA-compliant practice-management system, not the marketing website.
